When you visit the Platform or interact with our interface, certain technical data is automatically captured by our systems, including:

Connecting a third-party wallet to the Platform may result in the transmission of certain wallet-level metadata to our interface. We do not receive or store your private keys, seed phrases, or wallet credentials. Any data flows between your wallet application and the Platform are governed by the privacy practices of your wallet provider.

Similarly, interactions with third-party protocols, bridges, or integrations accessible through the Platform are subject to the respective privacy policies of those third parties.

To operate, provide, maintain, and improve the Platform, including processing transactions, rendering the interface, authenticating wallet connections, and delivering API responses.

To verify that you are not a Prohibited Person, to detect and prevent fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized activity, and to satisfy applicable legal, regulatory, and compliance obligations including those related to sanctions screening and anti-money laundering requirements.

To monitor for, investigate, and respond to potential security threats, cyberattacks, unauthorized access attempts, or other activity that may compromise the integrity or availability of the Platform.

To conduct internal data analysis, performance testing, and research to enhance the user experience, optimize platform features, and inform product development decisions. Where possible, this analysis is performed on aggregated or de-identified data.

To respond to your inquiries, support requests, or other communications, and to deliver operational notices regarding material changes to the Platform or these Terms.

To comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to valid legal process or governmental requests, to enforce our Terms of Service, and to protect the rights, safety, and interests of Igniz, its users, and the public.

We engage third-party service providers to assist in the operation of the Platform, including cloud infrastructure providers, analytics platforms, cybersecurity specialists, and compliance tools. These providers are granted access to information only to the extent necessary to perform their services and are obligated to maintain appropriate confidentiality and data protection standards.

We may disclose information to our legal counsel, auditors, accountants, or other professional advisors where necessary to obtain professional advice, to conduct audits, or to manage legal proceedings.
